      Beautiful Place to Work!

      Pros

      Hidden Villa is a beautiful and unique place to work. It is a farm oasis in the middle of Silicon Valley. I learned a ton in the time that I worked at Hidden Villa and really enjoyed working with my team.

      Cons

      The pay did not feel particularly competitive or reasonable based on the growth of the organization.

      - Animals - Scenery - Cannot get a better office view than HV

      Cons

      - Racially insensitive - If you want on-site housing that is accessible, best to not be a person of color If you have ever had the ability to sleep at Hidden Villa for even one night and you're a person of color, without a doubt you will feel the Get Out vibes!

      Pros

      Hidden Villa has been a wonderful work experience. I have seen both my responsibilities and knowledge grow. Hidden Villa has been an integral part of the professional development.

      Cons

      My position is seasonal. I work on and off throughout the season, and have no position in the summer. I find it difficult to be independent with an inconsistent work schedule.
