Open & collaborative teammates - great attitudes and inclusive nature. Creative and intelligent minds to work alongside and tap into. If you are able to exemplify proficiencies and advocate loudly - occasionally you can shape your growth trajectory.
Cons
Leadership would benefit from professional coaching; an active commitment to their own development and their ability to manage people-facing roles. Curbing the tropes of "start up" culture that do not belong in the 21st century. Applying the same respect seen in product roles to all infrastructure roles, ensuring the language used internally is empowering and not demeaning.
