Highwater Set Me Up For My Dream Career.

Pros

When I graduated last May I was blown away by the fact that every "Entry Level Position" I applied for required 3-5 years of experience. However, the team at Highwater took the time to listen to me and then they gave me my shot. Then once I started, I was surprised they continued to mentor and support. Over the past year, I have gotten all the experience I needed to land my dream job. I could not be more thankful to the team here for what they helped me accomplish.

Cons

I had to humble myself quite a bit to understand that my college courses didn't prepare me for real world. This job requires you to be an ever-vigilant student always looking to improve, but once I got out of my own way, I moved forward faster. It took me awhile to acclimate to mornings.

Don’t waste your time.

12-8pm. 1 hour lunch. Saturday’s are optional.

Cons

Very misleading. “Managers” are not upfront about what’s actually going on & what type of job this actually is. Also, the “work place” is very limited and unorganized. Parking is also terrible and expensive.

Pros

I've been working here for about six months and I have not had a day where I didn't learn something new. I love the fact that I have gotten the chance to move forward so quickly and now I get to mentor others.

Cons

I used to work the night shift so moving to mornings was a bit of a transition for me.
