      1. Lovely staff and environment - everyone is friends and treats eachother with respect 2. Fun environment on the bar

      Cons

      1. New management is disconnected from the people on the floor and have changed the atmosphere quite a lot 2. The kitchen staff are difficult to deal with and getting staff meals is quite a challenge sometimes. Also, these meals are often very basic and not healthy to consume every single day
