I was terminated 1 month into employment, without any fair warning, PIP, nor constructive feedback. Management said we set lofty goals that we felt weren't being met. Oddest thing is that I had heard nothing but good things from my former teammates. How am I able to achieve these lofty goals when I am only 30 days into employment here? Apparently, management has had a loose trigger to terminate its employees and really seem to only praise people that work 14+ hour days, weekends, and seem to look down on employees with a life outside of work.
