This company offered me a secure job, assured me that the probation period was just a formality, and convinced me to leave my stable job. Trusting their word, I resigned from my previous company. And then, just 21 days later, they started Their excuse? "We changed our plan; we want someone older for this role." They ruined many careers with false promises and zero accountability.
