Pros
There is no best reason to work in this company. This company see only profit. When they hire they do a lots of promises. They hire you to clean the dust in locomotive. They promise to give me 2 LPA at intern time. After joining they say that it is 1.8LPA. They Pay 14000 per month in that you have to look for food residence, travel allowance etc. They stop giving local allowances, it is only allowed for higher management only. They told that they will conform CTC within 1 year. They will show you package after 1 year.. But it is just a promises. They extend the training period 1year to 1.4 TO 1.5 year on same package. You have to work like 3 class labour on Loco shed in harsh conditions.
Cons
No company is good or bad. Management's make company good or bad. This company spoiled only future of students. It's good to be unemployed than doing job in a such company.
