      I think there arent, the product is good, but the bad company managment obscures all the good things it has

      The CEO, Damian Bekerman is completely mad. Insults employees, talks bad about everyone on the company that doesn't agrees with him... should be fired by the investors.

      Pros

      Project and team skilled to be a perfect company but CEO leadership and managing doesn't exist. Micromanagement is a real pain there.

      Cons

      Be prepared for long hours of work when deadlines arrive basically every day/ You are considered as not truly skilled when you are not capable of finish bad deadline result of not having any kind of management. And the CEO let you feel like it's all your fault. Company is not interested in its people. Only cares about what the company leader wants.
