Inhuman behavior - no leaves policy even when you are sick director will force you to work. Unethical environment. The management will not think twice before ruining your career. Company will ask you to work but will not pay. They will not provide you relevant documents even after serving a proper notice period. The director and owner of company has rude and egoistic behavior.
