Hire Digital gave me so much room to grow in such a short amount of time. It's one of the best opportunities I've had in my career. 3 highlights for me: 1. Everything is so organized within the team -- from first contact, to the interview, and even up to the daily huddles and weekly 1-on-1's. 2. Working with a team from different parts of the world definitely made my world seem bigger especially in a pandemic. For me at least, I was more motivated to accomplish tasks since I started because it felt like my work mattered even though I'm working with a big team. 3. Work-life balance is valued and the diversity of the team adds to a culture that I wish more companies would practice.

Management cares about staff, going above and beyond what is required. Good place to grow and pick up new skills. Environment is collaborative, and we’re able to make our own decisions.
