Pros
Hire Scene is the "Crème de la Crème" of staffing agencies. We genuinely care about all of our employees, clients, and candidates. Excellent customer service is second nature to us. Providing quality employees to our clients is a requirement. Working for a company that is ethical and really values others is a great feeling. We do work really hard, but it's also fun. What I love most of all is that the work environment is team oriented and family-like. I really enjoy my co-workers. Hire Scene, for me, is where I look forward to going each morning.
Cons
Not being able to immediately place a candidate in a position that would be life-changing for them is always disappointing. Staffing has it's ups and downs.
