I’ve been working as an Account Manager at HireHawk, and overall it’s been a good experience. The role itself can be pretty demanding—you’re juggling client expectations, internal coordination, and hitting targets—but that’s also what’s helped me grow a lot. One thing I’ve appreciated is the level of ownership you get. You’re not micromanaged, and clients really feel like your accounts. At the same time, the team is there when things get tough—people are open to jumping in, sharing advice, or just helping you think through a problem.
Cons
It’s not without its challenges. There are definitely high-pressure moments and times where priorities shift quickly, but I’ve found leadership to be fairly receptive when you raise concerns or suggest improvements.

The team is sharp and leadership genuinely cares about keeping it that way - you're surrounded by people who like to get things done and quickly. Leadership is accessible at every level and willing to take feedback and make adjustments fast, which is exactly what you need when you're building something. The offer is client-first and legitimately stands out from the competition. Fast-moving culture, low bureaucracy - exactly what a good startup should feel like.
Cons
Fast growth means processes are still being built out. If you need everything dialed in from day one, the ambiguity might throw you off. For the right person, though, that's part of the appeal.
