Pros

Absolutely Love working here. In just a few years I have moved up the ladder in terms of my position. Started as a Jr. Recruiter and now have full responsibility of the entire working business. I work "with" not for HireCall.

Cons

Covid 19 ... I think without the burden of Covid we would be better off as a business. Whether people are afraid of working or just do not want to it has been difficult in staffing.

Pros

Soda in the fridge to drink Lights are on

Cons

Proceed with caution. While there is plenty of ambition within the company, taking action is often met with delays, indecision, and the need to ‘wait until the next meeting.’ Leadership, including the president, can forget scheduled meetings without consequence. There are no clear performance metrics, making it difficult to gauge success. The commission structure is unclear, and growth is limited to staying within existing company practices. After submitting my two-week notice, I chose to leave early. I later found out they decided not to pay for the remaining time, which is within their rights but could be seen as retaliatory.
