Pros

If you work a lot of hours you will make an "ok"salary but you gotta practically live at work.

Cons

No help from management. They make you think you're getting hired for 1 job but after you're there for a while they make you do several jobs with the same pay. People call out a lot so you might be stuck doing their jobs that's why they train you on all jobs and t they try to make you think it's a good thing. Most jobs in the warehouse are not good ones and there's no morale. You usually don't get good support from your supervisors. When you're new they try to make you think their door is open but you quickly find out the truth. You usually get trained by another coworker who they come down hard on if someone messes up under their care. The trainers don't even get any extra pay to train or promotion or title. They get forced into training coworkers so the supervisors can sit in their air conditioned offices. The trainers work hard but get no recognition at all. My advice is do not get too comfortable because out of the blue you will be let go for something some one else does wrong. That happens a lot. They have favorites so they blame others for their faults and you might not know what's going on. No matter how much work you do or how many hours you work management will use you and could care less about your efforts. Only work the minimum and stay clear of managers & H.R. Don't trust H.R. If you have a concern in the warehouse because they won't do anything to support you. There's very high turn- over. No one stays long.

Pros

I learned a lot about logistics, powered industrial equipment. Looking forward to taking those skills to a better working environment. If you work on the floor and not in the office, do your job and keep your head down, you can make $12 an hour. 2nd and 3rd shifts much more laid back. If busy, can get overtime.

Cons

Managers speak to employees disrespectfully. Corp knows it and does nothing effective about it. "Irreplaceable people" abuse their position. Do not take a job in the KITTING department, the mangers during the day shift are unprofessional and create a stressful environment They behave to intimidate,; yell, glare, and reprimand employees publicly. If you want to transfer to another department because of the hostile environment, it probably won't happen. You'll be stuck. Pickers, storers, unloaders, audit, putaway positions are better choices. LOTS of melodrama. You can "point out" pretty fast and will be terminated. If you are going to be late, miss work or aren't flexible, do not bother. Mandatory overtime is for real. When it's busy, you must work Saturdays, ten hour days. Schedules change frequently and quickly. Hard to plan your personal/family time. You are at their beck and call. If you don't know how to drive a fork truck, you better be able to learn quickly. Just taking a class somewhere isn't always enough. You need drive time. If you have ideas, management is not open to hearing them. Take your orders and do not question. This is a family run business, expect the nepotism and preferential treatment that goes with it. Unless you are in the "clique", you will be used and abused. Their only client is John Deere, they have been with them awhile, but there is always a chance they might lose that client. Definitely not an environment that demonstrates their core values.

Pros

Job that pays the bills

Cons

This location is ran by 2 brothers that care about no one but themselves. They never come out to warehouse floor unless they are after someone for trouble. They treat employees as if they have no value. They don't pass down vital information to employees as they should, such as layoff dates which they knew about weeks prior, but didn't notify employees who were involved until the day of layoff. They keep lots of drama going. The operations manager and general supervisors are brothers and they target people and report false accusations against innocent people to corporate, this is unfair and corporate believes them because there's always a 2 against 1 story. I've witnessed veterans being targeted, tortured, and fired. I've also witnessed veterans leave the job due to the way that the brothers treat people. The brothers do whatever they want on company time, and violate may company policies including transferring firearms between vehicles, I've also heard stories of the general supervisor making sales involving firearms on the property. Two great supervisors that knew this company and warehouse are no longer employed here, one fired due to false accusations conspired by the brothers and the other left before false accusations led to their termination.
