      They have a great work life balance

      Cons

      This has by far been the worst university I have worked at so far. Most universities are political but this one stands in their way for success. Its pitiful, and unless you are accepting a job for a better work/life balance I would suggest staying away. not worth it. Also, they historically pay very low in terms of salary.
