No penalty rates, no public holiday rates, no overtime, where do the tips go? I’d been there for ages and hadn’t seen one unless a customer handed it to me personally
horrible management will bully and belittle you, in front of other staff and even in front of customers,
threaten to cut hours, threaten to fire you, gets angry when you can’t come in to work on your day off or cuts your shifts just for asking for more hours??
bad communication, expects you to do work above your pay grade, long days of split shifts, always understaffed and has a high turn over rate
No formal training except an online training course that doesn’t actually help much, you learn everything on the job
The manager/owner is a horrible gossip that will make a clown out of you behind your back
