Pros

Great products and mission. Love the ideologies that HPS has and what they stand for in the pet food industry.

Cons

Exceedingly poorly managed to the point of management being a detriment to the success of their own employees. When concerns are voiced by employees or customers, they are not given proper credence.

21 people quit or fired in my 6 months of employment. Does not pay well. Customer care works over 40 hours and then you have to fight for overtime. Warehouse works over 40 hors and does not get overtime. Cheats you out of your PTO time. Thinks they know TN employment laws to get around paying people fairly. If you are remotely a perfectionist....thus is not the place for you, as you are already set up to fail.
