Pros
-depending on the department you work in, great supervisors -good benefits in you are single -always work
Cons
-micromanaging (other departments try to push their own agenda onto other departments) -egos (certain positions think themselves above others and it shows, reason why there is a revolving door of employment here) -if you are in a "drone" position, do not consider your input to be heard or taken at face value - do not be surprised if people less qualified than you are promoted to a meaningless position - do not expect good pay, we are so far behind industry standards at some many positions it is a joke, unless you are a senior position you are not taken care of
