1. IT - super rude, not professional, Equipment more than 5 years and still repair and reuse. 2. Finance - micro manage, not professional, huge mess, no proper account schedule to keep track at least 3-4 years missing record, all sorts of reports are manual managed using excel with link with a lot of complicated formulas, not willing to teach or share, expect 1 headcount to do 3-4 headcount work, not willing to streamline process to make work more effective, purposely make your work miserable even worst if you're serving notice.
