      Sad how a Company that had so many resources fail due to poor leadership

      made good friends working there

      CEO had massive narcissistic traits. He would manipulate any situation to make himself feel better for his shortcoming. I once witnessed him verbally attack a coworker to tears for using the company card to buy a coffee on a work trip. his reason was "We have free coffee in the office why didn't you just take that". she was fired for grouse misconduct a week later for getting a new job. when i confronted him about it he made it sound like she was the bad guy and betrayed him as narcissists do.

      nothing, every SW job is remote now

      low salary, required to work when necessary, at times 24/7, weekends and nights are common. Unprofessional work environment due to inexperienced management staff

      Company culture is growing and improving constantly, and innovation is visible daily. Ability to fully collaborate with the team while being 100% remote anywhere in the world! Growing team, with monthly additions of top talent from major AR/VR companies is exciting! Working at HoloMeeting is rewarding, signs of career elevation is immediate because of fast moving culture and technologies you are working with.

      Cons

      There are always bumps with start up companies and growth. But is very rewarding for my career, brace it and learn.
