      1. Permanent WFH. 2. People are very good and understanding. 3. Opportunity to learn and take on new leveled-up challenges in the role. 4. Great open-door policy if you want to discuss something with the management.

      1. Payscale is not that good. 2. No major employee benefits.

      1. CEO exploit interns 2. A very bad environment for anyone. Not really a gaming studio, no one talk about new ideas or games. 3. CEO does not take any inputs. 4. Go here if you do not want to go.

      Thank you for your feedback. We don't know why do you feel that the CEO exploits interns and why does it feel like a jail to you? Lot of your team members were interns when they joined and are now working since few years. There are so many opportunities to grow if you are hardworking. Please reach out to the CEO so he can solve your problems. The CEO answers to everyone and takes inputs from everyone whoever approaches him. Also please explain what do you mean by #4.
