Pros

If you can spell your name they'll give you a job. Maybe even if you can't spell your own name... If you used to sell time shares or double glazing, with scummy, high pressure tactics and false information, this is the place for you. If you have complete disregard for the truth and are comfortable conning people out of their money while leaving them with a massive problem, under the guise of an economically sound investment, look no further!

Cons

Totally dishonest to the reps they retain on a self-employed basis. You will be told that the leads are well qualified and will be 80% likely to buy from you on the day. The opposite is true, most of the leads will not know anything about the product and have simply booked an appointment after seeing a misleading TikTok / facebook/ instagram advert promising to reduce their energy bills by 35%. I joined the midlands team and found most the head office staff I dealt with to be very standoffish, and the whole structure completely unsupportive. I took the offer to shadow an experienced team member for my first appointment, and instead was sent out on an evening appointment on my own, and when I got there, they didn't even answer the door. I suspect because they had researched and realised the spray foam insulation product is a can of worms. After two weeks and only five completely unqualified leads (not the advertised 10/15, fully qualified leads a week), I had still not been given an appointment to shadow, been scalded for wanting to follow up with a customer the following day (after being in their house until 9pm), only seen two other deals get booked out of a team of nearly 20 reps (and they may have canceled, meaning no commision even when you manage to close); I found the two out of three of the HQ managers I spoke with, to be disingenuous and vindictive which was instantly apparent in their personality. The final appointment I went to, when they answered the door, told me they had been trying to cancel the appointment all day, emailing in the morning and calling for confirmation twice during the day with no answer. When I reported this to the HQ manager, he cut me off saying he had another call and would ring back (to apologise I would have hoped), no such call back came. They lie to customers about installs being done to specification, this leaves customers with invalidated mortgages and problems that didn't exist before buying their product. So unless you are happy earning a living from destroying peoples homes and working for a man who went to jail for fraud; I would avoid this company like the plague.

Pros

There weren’t really any pros

Cons

They would make you’d give ridiculous distances for an appointment that would be a waste of time. You leave at 6am and you don’t get home until 10pm. All managers care about is you getting a sale, as they get paid more the more sales you make. They do not care about your well being as long as a sale is made. Training was poor they just give you information and expect you to go and do it without shadowing anyone or seeing it done first hand. Lack of communication makes this a poorly run company
