Pros
Hybrid! The ability to work from home is excellent. The app is a great concept. It's still in its early stages, but it has the potential to be something great. Exciting to be a part of it!
Cons
Management is unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with staff. Personally, and from my fellow colleagues, many of us have felt completely disrespected in the most personal and unprofessional ways. If you are in operations or customer service, there is no room for growth, although they like to pretend there is. Honestly, the biggest con is just the management. They have stayed the same from the beginning and are completely out of touch with staff. It almost seems purposeful how much they want to unsettle the teams and make them feel less than.
