Pros

Autonomous work, you can mostly work from anywhere.

Cons

HOME365 will leave you to yourself with no support. They are clueless in their operations, mostly trying to shoot from the hip on how to run a company. They grow off of innovative property management ideas around the software. Still, the Software is so unreliable, and they are in denial about it, which makes it difficult for them to receive feedback sincerely. They have a terrible software experience, plagued with bugs, that employees, tenants, and landlords hate and suffer through. They also do some questionable practices that do not follow proper real estate laws from state to state, especially with how they hold the security deposits (SD). They have hurt many tenants out of (SD) and have damaged the reputation of many landlords whom they were representing. In New Jersey, tenants are supposed to sign a W9 form, and their SD is then placed in a interest barring account by HOME365. Home365 does not practice this. Trust me! Run consider another place to work with if you want peace.

Pros

-Younger crowd of employees. -Flexibility -Benefits

Cons

As you look through these reviews, I want you to truly take into account that almost all former employees had a negative experience working here. I would include myself into that category. You will truly regret accepting a job with Home365 while there are so many other great companies that you can work for. If you are intrigued by their "tech" please do yourself a favor as well as know your worth here and continue searching for real. The software will only cause frustration, not only to you, but the customers that use it as well with the hiccups. Home365 got too big too fast, and there were not enough bodies to stabilize what was needed from the investor/owner standpoint, thus why thousands of properties were lost. This is not the future of Property Management. You may accept a job, though I want you to be prepared for the fact that you will then need to wear multiple hats, and do multiple jobs all while not receiving an additional penny. It will all be at the expense of your own mental health. You are not seen as a human here, only a number. The communication here is absolutely atrocious. If you were expecting a bonus at the end of the quarter and didn't receive it - no one will be able to answer why or give you an explanation. KPI's change on a dime. In any normal company, there are typically yearly of even 6 month reviews.. don't expect one here. They are non-existent. Most likely you'll have a new manager within that timeframe since the turnover is extreme. When those employees are lost, they most likely won't get replaced either, so expect that additional work load and little to no work/life balance. They promote "speaking up" but only if it fits their narrative. Seriously, please respect yourself enough to do research on this company before getting excited.

You’ll Regret Accepting a Job at Home365

Pros

- Some coworkers are actually kind and genuine people.

Cons

Where to even begin… This company has done nothing but belittle and gaslight me and all of my coworkers from day 1. They care more about making money than anything else and it is truly sad. Everyone works incredibly hard UNTIL they are literally so burnt out, they are just trying to stay afloat. I have seen so many people openly crying out of frustration and anger, that you just can’t do anything but feel bad because you know exactly how they are feeling. They promise you bonuses, but that bonus structure changes every other month, so you have no idea how to budget your own finances. I can tell you that the main reason half of the employees, if not almost all, are only still working there because the company does pay a decent wage, but it is NOT worth the mental strain!! Like many of these other reviews have said, the company has no organization, people are in positions with no experience, and those in “higher-up” roles refuse to actually listen to employee concerns. You have people in different departments dating each other, making the people around them feel uncomfortable, inappropriate conversations taking place between coworkers about subjects that should not be brought up in the workplace, and the amount of people who are fake and smile in your face while talking behind your back is almost comical. I have so much more to say because the way that this company has done not only its employee’s, but its owners, tenants and vendors dirty is CRAZY. Just Google the various lawsuits and complaints made to the BBB. Run and I means run far. Both myself and many of my previous coworkers have spoken up, but if you say anything against this company, the CEO will come on the monthly meeting and basically yell at everyone for how people are disloyal and don’t see the “vision.”
