      Pros

      Cool canteen with 3 basic meal options per day with many other options. Plenty of "free" parking always available. I personally had the best manager ever. Plenty of room to grow.

      Cons

      Not the safest area to walk around in. High staff turnover at lower levels. I personally had the best manager ever, but I'm not sure other management measures up. Stressful environment around certain periods during the month. Lack of good communication within departments.

      Staff has ways of making the environment fun

      Cons

      The worst toxic place anyone can work for. Management is terrible, favoritism towards white staff. I've never seen apartheid prosper they way I saw it here. Blacks and coloreds are in the call centre. On the specialist side the white management controls the blacks and coloreds on top. The hierarchy structure is totally crazy and it shows there toxic system. All I can say I will never advice anyone to buy or work for them

      I honed my skills when it came to customer service, vetting a customer on chat including whatsapp and email and dealt with easy and difficult customers
