Pros
"building an airplane as you are flying" - excellent workplace for those who enjoy autonomy, ownership support and fast paced environment. Loved working with Aaron.
Cons
"building an airplane as you are flying" - Not really a "con" but for those accustomed to regimented policies and procedures, this might not be your style. Lots of projects given without step by step direction, more like "sink or swim." One can appreciate the faith/trust invested by ownership in their employees and; better to ask for clarification, as to whether said project is a sprint or a marathon prior to tackling.
