Business outlook
Pros
You get to work for a company that cares about technology and making great and innovative apps. The people are great and you get the chance to work with all of them and learn different aspects of the business. The majority of the company works in Minneapolis so it's great to have everyone in the office and it's a relaxed but motivating work environment. Good pay for a smaller company.
Cons
Lots of green people, could use some more seasoned people to learn from. Company culture needs a bit more work even thought the people are great. Need for more defined goals and objectives to work towards.
