Dear Homie, thank you so much for taking the time to give us such detailed feedback. We are sorry to hear that there were some discrepancies. Your feedback will help us to create an even better working atmosphere for our employees. First of all, we are super happy to read that you are happy with the work-life balance. That is already a very important point. We actually try to do all communication in German and English, too bad to read that this doesn't go over so well with you. Perhaps you could explain to us again in more detail where the problem lies? The Corona Pandemic is unfortunately a difficult time for all of us and unfortunately brings some disadvantages. However, we are doing our best, within the framework of our OKRs, to work on our Company Culture. We have an all-hands meeting once a week in which the management passes on all important information to us homies. You are always welcome to write us if you want to add more points to your already so detailed feedback.
