I was there for 18 months and we filtered through 5 general managers. Servers provide consistent service. Kitchen provides consistent service. Instability comes from the management level.
It’s a great work environment with managers that care about you. If you’ve worked in the service industry before this is a breeze and a wonderful place to be.

You don’t have to work late nights but you do have to work really early mornings.
