      Decent pay, decent work environment

      Cons

      Work environment is good but the people not so much. The “lunch” is way to expensive, would not recommend if your planning on working here for the rest of your life.

      New President and CEO has made improvements and decisions i’m not based upon subjectivity and employee favoritism as it was in the past. The benefit platform is above average

      Lack of innovation. Pay is moderate. Training opportunities are not easily forthcoming. Human Respurces needs to be reorganized.
