Flexible schedule, organizational culture and commitment to the community. My supervisor was amazing. I only left due to relocation.

Merged with a larger organization, some aspects of culture as well as benefits changed.

Pros

Working with people at end-of-life is rewarding, but can be exhausting at times.

Cons

Staff does not receive support from management. They place unrealistic expectations on staff. Rarely hold staff meetings, and if they do, they mute staff on zoom meetings. They do not want staff input.
