Not enough staff to cover all of the need

Working with people at end-of-life is rewarding, but can be exhausting at times.

Staff does not receive support from management. They place unrealistic expectations on staff. Rarely hold staff meetings, and if they do, they mute staff on zoom meetings. They do not want staff input.
