Day shifts are basically working at Chuck E. Cheese- they did not tell us we would be working with swaths of kids at ALL. Management was gaslighting and unresponsive to my and fellow employees' complaints and requests. Ideas for a more efficient and communicative workflow were continually shot down. Over 50% of the new hires at opening left within a month. Some people were told they'd get a certain wage, then once they were hired, they were paid less and acted like the original wage they offered never happened.
Strange behaviors and lack of accountability in this company that strives to be like Disneyland- all facade, no substance or humanity.
