Could be great with an overhaul/ lots of Pros and Cons or a Love/ Hate relationship
Pros
The position is flexible. It is not a corporate atmosphere at all. The intention is to run the business like everyone is family. Low stress. Great hours.
Cons
Unfortunately, the business is not managed properly at all. The business is mismanaged starting from the top. There is no structure and employees can pretty much say what they want to each other without any ramifications. The business as a whole lacks communication especially from a Human Resources standpoint. It is uncomfortable to discuss anything regarding advancement in your career, a raise, more or different responsibilities etc. the communication is so bad that people get laid off without considering seniority or having a discussion about returning to the office to avoid a layoff.
