Poor management and slow to implement new technologies or keep in line with upgrades or patches that were necessary.

Management is disrespectful. Constant changing policies. Most of management is not technical, and not aware of issues. Lying, dishonest. Company doesn't listen to employees much. Poor documentation. Minimal training. Revolving door, layoffs. Runs on minimal staff. You do other people's jobs from different departments and your own.
