The pay is decent and they're pretty flexible with scheduling overall. The majority of the people are great to work with.

The job is rewarding and there is a lot of long-term growth potential, but certain members of management are more interested in pinching pennies, to the detriment of the employees AND the business, rather than contributing to the "positive environment" and the "family company who cares" mentality stated on the company website.
Managment has too high of expectations. Keep losing floor works. They hire office people to make up for lost man hours. say we are farther along then we are.
