      The worst working environment I’ve experienced Communication is poor Never had any money to pay contractors No career opportunities Company is run like an old boys club Money that is made is to purely line the owners pockets

      Pros

      The owners look after the staff very well. Everyone is approachable and a great company to work for. City centre location above train station. Lots of events and nights out and I feel we get very well looked after.

      Non so far I genuinely enjoy working for the company.

      Nice office location, dart board in the office. Good hot chocolate machine

      Cons

      CEO - not supportive. Shouts at everyone. Bullies staff As soon as joint CEO Andrew Roe left, the company has deteriorated fast New owners came in, and know nothing about recruitment. Late paying salary, randomly sacking people.
