Good workers are rewarded and asked to take on other projects as growth opportunities. Compensation & benefits are very competitive and several staff have long tenures. Staff sometimes have to do a lot outside their normal job duties and descriptions which develops both hard and soft skills.
Cons
Sometimes the pace is very fast and deliverable items are all due within similar time frames. If you are organized - there are no concerns. Sometimes system limitations impact efficiencies and big ideas - but there are plans to better those systems.
