Pros

Great people who are fun, honest and responsible Interesting clients with room for creativity Central location Plenty in the pantry

Cons

CEO constantly hires Senior management with no knowledge of China, and fires them within months. The current senior management is very tough (and not in a reasonable way) and several people have left in a short period of time. New regulations are not to motivate staff but to 'trap' people in the situation. Previously, there were good people who had left. Clients are often not given the best work that could be delivered but as clients are not aware of China, the management can get away with it. Recent posts here on Glassdoor which were shared within 1-2 days apart in . March only shows that perhaps it's a request from senior management to junior staff to post positive reviews, cause existing staff knows it's not all rosy there.

Change of culture and management style

Pros

The company got lots of potentials as it tackles one of the biggest markets in the world, China, and the founder also has a great way of networks to pull in big brand clients. On paper/ website, it seems like a great company to work at.

Cons

-The recent change in company culture makes it too rigid and unfriendly. Company politics is manifested in all ways and discarded some of the cultures that previous employers enjoyed. The working environment hence becomes less enjoyable and more tedious. - Double standards in new rules applied and not listening to all employers but only an inner circle to make decisions. - Management lack of leadership skills and learning from feedback. Rather than learning from it, it chose to even cut down the time to interact with current employees but focus on recruiting, which the company sees a low in employee retention and loyalty.

Pros

A young, vibrant team who are mostly inexperienced, but friendly and willing to learn. Interesting clients and brands.

Cons

High turnover, management (1 person) does not factor in welfare of staff. Good people have left. Once clients are won, it's very much left to the junior staff to run the accounts, and are often mismanaged.
