      Potential to make 50,000+ as a bellhop but very poor management/ toxic environment

      -Lots of great people to work around despite the issues/ stress of the hotel -Nicely decorated environment to work in -Lively/ busy atmosphere with lots of guests and visitors to help/ converse with -Great environment to make meaningful connections with guests -Lots of money making potential despite being payed a very low wage as you will be very busy as a Bellhop

      -low wage, especially for how much revenue the hotel makes and considering how busy and important bellhops are to the check in/ check out process -stressful/ controlling/ inconsiderate management -lack of communication between employees and their managers -Overall, stressful environment for all employees and managers

      Beautiful Hotel but not worth the anguish or stress

      Pros

      A lot of the people are great and the hotel is stunning. Great location and you meet all types of great people that come through.

      Cons

      You don't ever get to sit down and very seldom get a break. After a couple weeks you start to get physical ailments. No carpet for support or even a mat, they are definitely NOT for employees and could careless about you as an individual. They will use you for their own needs then toss you aside. If you like being reprimanded in front of others and micromanaged by beginners then this is the job for you.

      Pros

      Great team of coworkers. Teams do their best to work together. Decent benefits; beautiful decor to work in. It is an amazing beautifully designed hotel to work in here in Fort Worth.

      Cons

      If you want to be belittled and mistreated privately and publicly then the short inexperienced AGM is where you need to start. He has no clue even though more staff has resigned under his leadership than anyone over there. He has ZERO people skills, ZERO communication skills, and ZERO relationship skills. He thinks he knows everything and difficult to work with. Does not care about people because he lacks empathy.
