      Cozy environment, mostly nice people

      Cons

      Never expect support in your career. The company is shaped around 3 employees. Until very recently, workers have been fired for simple reasons. We witnessed that employees of 6-7 years were fired after a 15-minute interview. They don't give competitive salaries, they don't value. Work if you need it, but don't set career goals.

      Pros

      As long as you do what you need to do they don't pressure. Depositing your salary on time no delay. Salary raise are bad, they are always lower then inflation in Turkey. Their excuse is paying by USB but in reality USD has its own inflation and founders ignore this when giving salary raise.

      Cons

      Founders are lack of taking fast decision, you end up waiting for so long for a small improvement that will impact bit of operation. Company is not based in States there is only dummy company registration in states and that's it. Founders living in England pretending this is European company but actually it is not. Everything run by Turkish people and operation is done in Turkey too.
