Flexible hours, enough 'recreational' activities to stop you from actually having to do any work.

Cons

Basically this entire workplace consists of executing Senior Management's rather limited vision, if you're not on board with that or have an actual thought process - I probably wouldn't bother applying for a job here. There's not a lot of room for career progression either, unless you're one of the long-term team members, in which case they'll pretty much let you do what you want, even if you have no prior experience in that field.

Open, informal, friendly environment

Pros

Flexible hours, smart approach to work - do your work whenever, wherever, as long as you do it well. No politics, no rigid processes or hierarchy Fast-paced environment, smart and competent people. Easy to bring up ideas and see them develop into actions quickly. Nice office environment, some kind of sport/activity available practically every day. They care about their employees - set up online training courses, ran several HR surveys, have accommodated a lot of employees' wishes/constraints to work partly from home, to take long trips, to study, etc.

Cons

The usual cons that come with these informal, ambiguous environments - no clear reporting line, you need to be proactive and ask around. No HR department, so you have to take matters into your own hands and manage your career evolution. Not always enough communications from the leaders on strategic direction but you can tell they're working on fixing it.

Pros

Flexible hours, lots of team and sport activities, fast moving company, funny people, people get things done, convenient location for food and shops (2 minute walk to Broadway Shopping Center)

Cons

- Still waiting for Playstation 4! ...but I'll work on it. - Cleaners tend to throw away all our table tennis balls. - 15-20 minute walk from central station
