      Pros

      The property data in New Zealand is of top quality. Colleagues are friendly, but the job lacks long-term sustainability.

      Cons

      The employer is full of lies. The employer is erratic and frequently insults the employees, showing no respect. The salary is below average and is often paid late. Overtime work is required but not compensated.

      Pros

      Good team atmosphere among colleagues — everyone bonded through shared struggles. The office is very nice.

      Cons

      A terrible CEO — arrogant, frequently humiliates and emotionally manipulates employees, with little basic respect. Some colleagues have been personally attacked multiple times and even reduced to tears. Poor management — constant last-minute changes and inconsistent decisions. Low pay, with salaries often delayed.
