Poor pay for the role

Toxic environment and a lack of hours. This is not good if you don't have part time work on side as business is down and games aren't being booked, if games don't book you don't get paid so I know quite a few people are suffering.They've taken away bonuses and replaced with a bonus that benefits tenpin sites not standalones. Will get told off for being early and ready to work and have tried to bring in stupid rules like 30 minutes cut off which is unreasonable for those who travel in via public transport which is unreliable. I loved the job at the start but now it takes so much for me to even go into work and I think why should I bother no one seems on my side.
