Pros

Nothing as such, None that outweigh the toxic culture, lack of labor compliance, excessive working hours, and dishonest review practices.

Cons

I am currently working in this organization and will be leaving next month, February, due to a huge amount of non-compliance and a toxic culture. Please do not rely on the recent surge of positive reviews for this company. There is a clear and unnatural pattern, on January 24th alone, more than 25 positive reviews were posted on the same day. You will never see such a pattern elsewhere, and it does not reflect the reality inside the organization. But in reality, this company do not deserve more than 1 star ratings. Myself and other teammates were personally asked by HR to submit a positive review, despite the ongoing issues within the company, regarding various non-compliance. This strongly suggests that many of the glowing reviews are not voluntary or genuine. These reviews are not organic, not honest, and are being used to mask serious internal issues. From direct personal experience, this company has a deeply toxic work culture, lacks basic labor compliance, and operates in an environment that is the complete opposite of what is portrayed online. They will make you work 10+ hours daily, and on weekends—Saturday and Sunday—up to 12 hours. Supervisors regularly engage in abusive behavior, including yelling, public humiliation, intimidation, and setting unrealistic deadlines. Feedback is almost always negative and often personal rather than professional. HR is largely unreachable and unresponsive; employee concerns are ignored or redirected. Shame on them. Consider this a cautionary message: not everything that glitters is gold. Please do your due diligence before engaging with this organization. I have evidence that proves the fake reviews and who is behind them, and I will report this to the ratings company. Their founder, Aditya Goenka, Aditya Kachave, and HRs, including Vidhi Agarwal, forcefully enforce pressure on us via supervisors for wrongdoing. Their processes are fake and a scam. I am sure that sooner or later this company will fall into trouble with the labor commission.
