This company makes their employees feel valued and allows for flexible scheduling based on the veterinarian's needs/interests. The opportunity is great for compensation advancement as you build a clientele and become more efficient. Excellent clientele willing to pursue diagnostics/treatments. Small hospital with homey-feel. More of a "white-glove experience" for clients/pets, opportunity to offer mobile service to seniors, pets with mobility issues, mobile euthanasia
Cons
not great mentorship in the Morrisville location due to scheduling, small hospital does not allow for cooperative work environment as it just can't handle multiple vets working in a day
