- Management who appreciates and encourages its staff to use initiative, question and bring forward new ideas. - Great company culture with a small team who are all driven and want to work towards the same goals. - Lots of opportunity to progress and take ownership of different things. - Hybrid working.
Cons
- Due to its startup nature, there are a lot of changes, often without notice, which usually come as a surprise. - You don’t get as many benefits as you might working at another startup.
