- Culture of fear, especially in Operations Department. They are not used to work with techies. (eg: I've heard the COO that came from King shouting at developers of why a feature was not ready, CEO on "no feedback, good feedback" kind of game)
- I had the feeling that the CEO is developing a culture of his own personality at the company (just check the news: when they are launching something new, it's never the team, it's always the CEO)
- No interest on employee retention (most of the people leave through the back door)
- Long hours
- No sustainable business yet
- Improvised office, no benefits.
