You will destroy your carrier if you join them. No specific process for anything. People dont know anything about business. No corporate working culture. Seems like you are working in Grocery store. Everybody think they are so much superior that they can do anything. There was a time when they use to share offc with Tribeca developers which was one of the good looking offices at one horizon. Now they are working in co working spaces Abl located in two horizon. Many times they wont able to give rent,then Abl stop employees access card to enter the building.. You will think like you are working as slave or a laborer your manager can call you any time after office hours they can call u on Sundays they will ruin your weekend every time for sure. Hr dont know anything about business nor about any hr process she can fire you anytime if you hurt her ego or if you dont take approval from her for anything. Marketing team is one of the superior dpt in housr who only knows how to create more and more liablities on company. Finance is hard working department because they dont have any records in there book so to manipulate things they have to work a more harder then others. Operations dpt is over weight and under weight dpt nobody is fit the dpt nor in the process hod of ops hats off to him. Hr dpt again they dont know anything.(DPT of NO USE) Management Advice No advice they cant get good anymore they cant run a company they should open Grocery store in Gurgaon Chakkarpur area. All the failure residing in GGN hand shaked with each other and started this company. COMPANY WHICH HAVE BEEN SHUTDOWN NOW VIA THIS MGT. 1- WOODSTAY 2- JABONG 3- MOBIQUICK Lot more others........
