Pros
Not a terrible place to work, just short staffed all the time and no patient assignments. All patients are both nurse’s patients. And the heater has been broken for some time and not replaced. But they are about to start a new pay scale, that’s a plus.
Cons
Short staffed, no patient assignments, super cold, long hours, and they do not separate covid patients from the regular patients. There is a lack of infection control.
